Submerged, Oxygenating Pond Plants

Submerged plants are also known as oxygenators and they include anacharis and hornwort, which are usually sold as small, bundled plants.  These plants are probably the most under used pond plants.  They are your most effective natural defense against green water algae while providing excellent habitat for goldfish and koi.   

We provide anacharis (Egeria densa) and hornwort (Ceratophyllum demersum) for the pond and aquarium hobbyist.  These plants have small lead strips included to keep them weighted on the bottom of the pond.
