Floating water plants are not just for beauty they also assist the water garden's ecosystem by using excess nutrients in the water that would otherwise feed pond algae.    

The most popular pond floaters are water hyacinth and water lettuce.  These aquatic plants are  annuals  in most of the country but they grow rapidly, are very economical and are considered among some of the most effective filtration plants for ponds. 

We offer water hyacinth to the 48 continental U.S. states.  

We offer water lettuce only to Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana because of perishability in transport.
