Fall brings a time of cooler temperatures, changing weather and changing needs for our backyard ponds & water gardens. Pond nets, leaf nets & other types of pond or water garden netting are highly recommended if your pond is subject to blowing leaves & other debris in the fall. Pond deicers (also commonly called pond heaters) we consider to be the best way to maintain an open hole (air supply) for your pond fish during extended freezing periods.

Keep in mind also that during cool weather your pet goldfish & koi require a different diet as they prepare for the winter months.
